Apr 26/26  Special meeting of the Board of Director held this 
           26th day of April 1926. Present were J.R. Wiss, J. B. Wiss 
           and N.F. Wiss.
 
           A motion was made and carried - that a dividend of 
           Ten (10%) percent on the common stock of the 
           company be declared and hereby is declared payable 
           at once out of the surplus of the company to stock
           holder of common stock.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
