Sept 11/18 Special meeting of the Board of Director called
           to order at 9:45 A.M. this Eleventh day of September
           Nineteen hundred and Eighteen. Present were
           Fred C.J. Wiss and J. Robert Wiss.

           J. Robert Wiss moved that we declare a dividend
           of Ten (10%) percent on the common stock of the
           company, payable at once out of the surplus funds
           of the corporate, duly seconded and motion carried.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
