April 5/18 Special meeting of the Board of Director held
           this Fifth day of April 1918. Meeting called to
           order at 3:45 P.M. by the president. On motion of
           J. Robert Wiss duly seconded and carried a dividend
           of Ten (10%) percent on the common stock of
           the company was declared payable at once
           out of the surplus of the company.

           Motion to adjourn carried.
