May 16/17  Special meeting of the Board of Director
           held this Sixteenth day of May Nineteen Hundred
           and seventeen.

           Meeting called to order by president Wiss at
           9:35 A.M. Present - F.C.J. Wiss, F.B. Wiss, J. Robert Wiss
           On motion of J. Robert Wiss seconded by F.B. Wiss
           a dividend of Ten (10%) percent on the 
           stock of the company was declared, payable
           at once out of the surplus of the company.
           A motion to adjourn was carried.
