Jan 22/14  Meeting of the Board of Director of the
           J. Wiss & Sons div. held January 22 - 1914 after
           close of stockholder meeting. Present were
           F.C.J. Wiss, J.B. Wiss, J. Robert Wiss all the
           director elected at the stockholder meeting held
           this day. The board organized by the election
           of the following officer:
           F.C.J. Wiss President, J.B. Wiss Secretary,
           F.C.J. Wiss Treasurer.

           No further business, the meeting adjourned.
