Jan 27/10  After close of stockholder meeting the Board
           of Director of the J. Wiss & Sons div. held a meeting
           this 27th day of January 1910 - present F.C.J. Wiss,
           Fanny B. Wiss and H. Rauh all the director elected
           at the annual meeting held this day.

           The Board organized by the elector of the following
           officer - President F.C.J. Wiss; Secretary F.B. Wiss;
           Treasurer - F.C.J. Wiss.

           There being no further business, the meeting
           then adjourned.
