Feb 11/08  At a special meeting of the Board of Director compared
           of F.C.J. Wiss and H Rauh, held this day to fill the
           vacancy in the Board caused by the sudden disease
           on January 24/08 of our Secretary Louis T. Wiss,
           Mrs. Fanny B. Wiss was duly elected as director
           and secretary for the unexpired term and to receive
           $300.00 for year.
