A 100 per cent enrollment of employees in a payroll allotment plan to buy War Bonds was announced today by Wiss Sons, Inc., 665 Broad street. H. Victor Paul; manager, said each employee has received a War Bond as part of a bonus for the first quarter from Jerome B. Wiss, president, now a captain in the Army Air Corps.
