The Alliance Manufacturing Co. of Alliance, O., today filed suit in Federal Court against J. Wiss & Son Co. of 33 Littleton avenue. The suit, filed by Wall, Haight, Carey & Hartpence, charges the Newark company with infringement of copyright.

The Alliance company charges the Wiss concern copied a specific type of scissors. It seeks an injunction and an accounting of profits.
